1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use (the “Terms,” “Terms of Use,” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “User,” or “Player”) and WST Global Solutions LTD, operating as Winnersofts (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company,” “Platform,” or “Service”), governing your access to and use of our iGaming platform, websites, mobile applications, software, games, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING OUR PLATFORM, PLACING BETS, USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, OR CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING ALL POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF OUR SERVICES AND CONTACT admin@winnersofts.com TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.
IMPORTANT: These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Winnersofts, including but not limited to Black Label, White Label, Casino Engine, and any future products, features, games, or services we may develop, acquire, license, or offer. Continued use of our Services after any updates or additions constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they apply to all offerings.
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Account” means your registered user account with Winnersofts.
- “Balance” means the total funds available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal.
- “Bet” or “Wager” means any stake placed on any game, event, or outcome through our Services.
- “Bonus” means any promotional offer, free bet, free spins, credits, or other incentive provided by us.
- “Deposit” means funds transferred by you to your Account.
- “Game” means any casino game, slot, table game, live dealer game, sports betting event, or other gambling activity offered through our Services.
- “Intellectual Property” means all trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, copyrights, patents, software, designs, graphics, text, and other proprietary content and materials.
- “Malfunction” means any technical error, software bug, system failure, connectivity issue, or game malfunction.
- “Privacy Policy” means our Privacy Policy available at [link to Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- “Services” means all products, services, features, games, software, websites, mobile applications, and platforms operated by Winnersofts.
- “Withdrawal” means funds transferred from your Account to your designated payment method.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 Age and Legal Requirements
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register
- Act in your own name and on your own behalf (not on behalf of any third party)
- Not have been previously banned or excluded from our Services
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS LEGAL IN YOUR JURISDICTION. We make no representations that our Services are appropriate or legal for use in any particular location. You access and use our Services at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
3.2 Account Creation
To access our Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
- Date of birth and place of birth
- Residential address
- Valid email address and telephone number
- Username and secure password
- Payment information and preferred currency
- Any other information we may reasonably request
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must immediately update your Account information if any changes occur.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC/AML)
We are required by law to verify your identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide, upon request:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver’s license, national ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, credit card photo, e-wallet screenshot)
- Source of funds documentation
- Any additional documents we may reasonably require
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your Account, withhold withdrawals, and/or void bets until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 One Account Per Person
You may only register and maintain one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts
- Confiscation of balances, bonuses, and winnings in all Accounts
- Cancellation of all bets and transactions
- Permanent ban from our Services
If we detect multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to treat any subsequent Account as a duplicate and take the actions described above.
3.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and Account credentials
- All activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized or not
- Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your Account
- Logging out of your Account after each session
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ACCOUNT SECURITY.
4. PROHIBITED USES AND CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
4.1 Prohibited Activities
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
- Create multiple Accounts or allow others to use your Account
- Use our Services on behalf of any third party
- Collude with other players or engage in chip dumping, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting
- Use bots, automated systems, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate games
- Exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Engage in advantage play, card counting (in games where prohibited), or other strategies we deem unfair
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack our software or systems
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geo-restrictions
- Scrape, data mine, or extract data from our platform
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services, servers, or networks
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or defame our staff, other players, or third parties
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate odds, results, or game outcomes
- Engage in syndicate play, coordinated betting, or use of inside information
- Use stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engage in chargeback fraud
- Request refunds or chargebacks after losing bets
4.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your Account without notice
- Void all bets, winnings, and bonuses
- Confiscate your Account balance
- Permanently ban you from our Services
- Report suspicious activities to relevant authorities
- Pursue legal action and seek damages
- Share information about your conduct with other gaming operators and industry databases
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, CLOSE ACCOUNTS, VOID BETS, AND WITHHOLD FUNDS AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION IF WE SUSPECT PROHIBITED CONDUCT, FRAUD, OR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, WITH OR WITHOUT PROVIDING REASONS.
5. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Deposits
You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods we make available. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply (as specified on our platform)
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account, except as required by law
- We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our discretion
- Third-party payment processing fees may apply
- Deposits may be subject to verification and AML checks before being credited
5.2 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must be fully verified (KYC/AML compliant)
- Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as your deposit, unless otherwise agreed
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply
- Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times (typically 1-5 business days, depending on payment method)
- We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals
- Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or declined if we suspect fraud, breach of Terms, or incomplete verification
- Withdrawal fees may apply (as specified on our platform)
- Bonus funds, pending bets, and wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal
5.3 Currency and Exchange Rates
Your Account is denominated in a specific currency selected during registration. If you deposit or withdraw in a different currency, exchange rate conversions will apply, and you may incur currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.4 Inactive Accounts and Dormancy Fees
If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to:
- Classify your Account as dormant
- Charge an administrative fee of €5 per month (or currency equivalent) from your Account balance
- Close your Account if the balance reaches zero
We will attempt to notify you via email before applying dormancy fees, but you are responsible for maintaining an active Account if you wish to avoid such fees.
5.5 Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by payment processors
- Payment processors have their own terms and conditions that may apply
- We do not store full credit card details (payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant)
- Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes are subject to our investigation and may result in Account suspension
6. BONUSES, PROMOTIONS, AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS
6.1 General Terms
We may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other incentives (“Bonuses”) at our sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to the following terms:
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be used for commercial purposes or abused
- Each Bonus has specific terms and conditions (wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, maximum bet limits, etc.)
- You must read and comply with all Bonus-specific terms before accepting
- Bonuses are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met
- We reserve the right to void Bonuses, winnings, and bets if we suspect bonus abuse
- Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times before funds become withdrawable. For example, a €100 Bonus with 30x wagering requires €3,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days), or the Bonus and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly
- Colluding with other players to abuse Bonuses
- Placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously)
- Using betting strategies designed to exploit Bonuses without risk
- Any other activity we deem abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion
If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all Bonuses, winnings, bets, and confiscate your Account balance, and permanently ban you from our Services.
6.4 Modification and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus, promotion, or loyalty program at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from Bonuses at our discretion.
7. BETTING RULES AND GAME-SPECIFIC TERMS
7.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed through our Services are subject to the following rules:
- Bets are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion
- Odds, betting lines, and game results are determined by us and/or our game providers
- Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by game, player, or promotion
- Maximum win limits apply to certain games and promotions
- If you exceed maximum bet limits while using a Bonus, we reserve the right to void winnings
7.2 Casino Games
For casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games):
- All games are operated by certified third-party game providers using Random Number Generators (RNG)
- Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated
- Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game
- We are not responsible for game malfunctions (see Section 8)
7.3 Sports Betting (if applicable)
For sports betting:
- Betting lines and odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation
- Bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies
- If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets may be void or settled according to our sportsbook rules
- We reserve the right to void bets if we suspect match-fixing, insider trading, or other irregularities
7.4 Live Betting and Live Dealer Games
For live betting and live dealer games:
- Bets may be subject to delays due to streaming latency
- We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is known
- Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the game provider and dealer decisions
7.5 Settlement and Disputes
All bets are settled in accordance with the results determined by our systems and/or game providers. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must contact us at admin@winnersofts.com within 7 days of the bet settlement. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the settlement.
Our decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.
8. MALFUNCTIONS, ERRORS, AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
8.1 Malfunctions Void All Plays and Pays
IN THE EVENT OF ANY MALFUNCTION, TECHNICAL ERROR, SOFTWARE BUG, SYSTEM FAILURE, INCORRECT ODDS DISPLAY, INCORRECT GAME RESULTS, CONNECTIVITY ISSUES, OR ANY OTHER ERROR (COLLECTIVELY, “MALFUNCTIONS”), ALL AFFECTED BETS, GAMES, AND PAYOUTS ARE VOID, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND STAKES OR TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION WE DEEM APPROPRIATE.
8.2 Incorrect Odds or Results
If odds, betting lines, or game results are displayed incorrectly due to human error, technical glitch, or data feed error, we reserve the right to:
- Void all affected bets
- Correct the error and settle bets at the correct odds
- Refund stakes
- Reclaim any winnings paid in error
8.3 Disconnections During Gameplay
If you experience a disconnection or interruption during gameplay:
- For casino games: The game round will complete according to the game provider’s rules, and results will be recorded in your Account history
- For sports bets: The bet will stand and be settled according to the event outcome
- You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM DISCONNECTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR TECHNICAL ISSUES ON YOUR END.
8.4 System Downtime and Maintenance
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our Services at any time for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or any other reason, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from system downtime or maintenance.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1 Ownership
All Intellectual Property rights in and to our Services, including but not limited to:
- Trademarks, logos, and brand names (“Winnersofts,” “Black Label,” “White Label,” “Casino Engine”)
- Website design, graphics, text, images, and multimedia content
- Software, source code, algorithms, and technology
- Games, game rules, and gameplay mechanics (where developed by us)
- User interface, user experience, and platform architecture
are owned by or licensed to WST Global Solutions LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights.
9.3 Prohibited Uses of Intellectual Property
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Frame, mirror, or scrape content from our platform
- Use our Intellectual Property for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary legends
Unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property may result in Account termination and legal action.
9.4 Third-Party Content
Certain games, software, and content on our platform are owned by third-party providers. You acknowledge that such content is subject to the intellectual property rights and terms of those third parties.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
10.1 No Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Our Services will be available at all times or without interruption
- Our Services will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or malware
- Game results will be favorable to you or meet your expectations
- Our platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems
- Third-party payment processors or game providers will perform without error
10.2 Assumption of Risk
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- Gambling involves risk of financial loss
- You may lose all funds deposited into your Account
- Past results are not indicative of future outcomes
- No betting strategy guarantees winnings
- You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through use of our Services
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WST GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Loss of winnings, bets, or Account balance due to Malfunctions, errors, or technical issues
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
- Delays or failures in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bets
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or service providers
- System downtime, maintenance, or interruptions
- Hacking, data breaches, or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control
- Your violation of laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
10.4 Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (ii) €100 (ONE HUNDRED EUROS).
10.5 Exceptions
The above limitations do not apply to: (i) liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (ii) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.6 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, cyberattacks, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS WST GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
- Your use or misuse of our Services
- Your fraudulent, negligent, or malicious conduct
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
- Any misrepresentation, false information, or fraudulent documentation provided by you
- Your failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund requests initiated by you in bad faith
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your Account.
12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
12.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and access to our Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Failure to complete KYC/AML verification
- Prohibited conduct or bonus abuse
- Excessive disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
- Use of VPNs, bots, or automated systems
- Creating multiple Accounts
- Dormancy or inactivity
- Risk management or business reasons
- At our sole discretion without providing a reason
12.2 Consequences of Termination
Upon suspension or termination:
- Your access to our Services will be immediately revoked
- All pending bets may be voided
- All Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited
- We may withhold your Account balance if we suspect breach of Terms, fraud, or illegal activity
- We reserve the right to deduct any amounts owed to us (including investigation costs)
12.3 Your Right to Close Your Account
You may close your Account at any time by contacting admin@winnersofts.com. Upon Account closure:
- You must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to verification and wagering requirements)
- All Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited
- Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome
- Your personal data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations
12.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming
If you wish to self-exclude from gambling due to problem gambling concerns, contact admin@winnersofts.com to request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion:
- Your Account will be suspended
- You will not receive marketing communications
- You will not be permitted to create new Accounts
- Any attempts to circumvent self-exclusion may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds
13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources:

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
- Wagering Limits: Set maximum bet amounts
- Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations

- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from our Services
- Account Closure: Permanently close your Account

- Contact you with responsible gaming information
- Suggest setting limits or self-exclusion
- Restrict bonuses or promotional offers
- Suspend or close your Account
You acknowledge that we are not obligated to intervene and are not liable for any losses resulting from problem gambling.
14. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:
- Collection of personal, financial, and gameplay data
- Use of data for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, marketing, and analytics
- Sharing of data with third-party service providers, payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities
- International transfer of data to countries where we or our service providers operate
- Retention of data for up to 10 years for legal compliance purposes

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and all matters relating to your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WST Global Solutions LTD is registered and licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact us at admin@winnersofts.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
- Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- Jurisdiction and Venue: To the extent arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where WST Global Solutions LTD is registered, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15.3 Limitation Period for Claims
ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE. CLAIMS NOT BROUGHT WITHIN THIS PERIOD ARE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

16.2 Acceptance of Changes
